Intense headache and dizziness

Posted , 3 users are following.

For three days now, I have been experiencing intense headaches and dizziness whenever I move. When I sit still, I cannot feel the headache, however, I do feel very lightheaded when I sit still. My eyes have also been extrememly sore 24/7, and I have been experiencing the chills when it starts to get later into the night.

I have been taking my temperature very often the past few days and my temp hasn't been above 99 degrees F, so it is not a fever. I have also been hydrating myself profusely (dehydration was my first guess) and it is not dehydration.

I am a little worried since I have never really had issues with headaches or dizziness.

I would really like to hear suggestions as to what this might be, and if I should go see a doctor. Thanks!

    Hi kelseyjanee,

really sounds like a bit of a bug. Try sleeping and hydrating it off for a few more days. Hopefully, it will pass quickly.  I work in a medical clinic and there are a lot of yucky bugs and viruses going around this season. It doesn't have to be more than a lousy week or 2.

    Best,

If you feel like it,is a bug which i do sometimes,,get a headache, sweat more , or my head feels 'swollen' (Probably pressure),take lemsips, i know it sounds daft, mbt the decngestant along wit the paracetomol seems to help.  Also,up,your Vit C.  I've had  this head pressure thing last few days in fact (Not a bug) and i use a cold pack around the back,of my neck helps too.
