Intense moment of dizziness, crossing of eyes, heavy breathing.

I am a 19 year old working a 32hr/wk job with Walmart doing 2-11 shifts.
I want to say that recently I have undergone allot of stress and not getting the sleep I wanted (up until 2am max, waking up at 9:30/ 10:30) and today I experienced the strangest feeling I have ever felt.
Shortly after linch break I experienced the most severe dizziness I have ever had, followed by not being able to uncross my eyes and because of that I some what panicked and started breathing harder.
Of course, I will be heading to the doctor soon, but I wanted to know if anyone has experienced something similar. That episode lasted about two minutes, I sat down for 20 minutes, had a bottle of water and did some breathing exercises then was back to normal, but felt more tired.
I was diagnosed with a work related concussion (minor) which also revealed a severe bacterial sinus infection during my scans. I didn't necessarily take all of the medicines for the infection correctly, so it might have been a problem?

Sometimes postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome causes dizziness (another wod for suddenly getting up and causing a racing heart).
But if you have infection causing sinus problems.... that may be an added problem. Medicine can cause this too, not sure what you were taking at the time.

This is the first time this has ever happened, truly scary experience. Work almost called an ambulance but it resolved itself.
