Intense pain in bum after back surgery

i had a 2nd disectomy 10 days ago. since then I have been in so much pain. I have got an infection in the wound ( on antibiotics for that) and had really bad constipation, ( on laxido and this is easing) But I have extreme panic in my bum , in my left cheek and what feels like my tailbone. i'm not sleeping as the pain in my cheek is unbearable and cant get comfy and then when i get up i get like a shooting pin in my tailbone. i've still managing to go to the toilet properly and only no loss of sensations....maybe a mild numbness underneath. my sciatica before the op ran right down my left leg. this is all a new pain.

After my first disectomy I was up and about after a week.

I am seeing the nurse today for a blood test and meant to be having the staples out so will mention it then.

anybody else had these symptoms?
