    Hi Toria,

I took one a couple of weeks ago as I have been suffering with bad cold like symptoms, sinus congestion, runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, fatigue and just generally feeling unwell, Ive had this on and off all over winter but I dont know how I could be catching colds as I rarely go out and always wear a mask and follow strict hygiene rules as Im OCD about catching Covid.

The issue I have is that they make me insanely tired, I was like a zombie for 24 hours after. I took generic cetirizine which isnt supposed to cause drowsiness but they do me.

I hope this works for you, do please let us know how you get on.

    Thanks,

    Sx.
