just read an excellent study that says why take estrogen in peri when its actually 30 percent higher at that time, glad i bought the progesterone cream now x

    Progesterone cream is great! However keep in mind when some women first start using it, it will wake up all their estrogen receptors throughout their whole body and they will go estrogen dominant for the first 3 months or so before it balances out. This can be horrible and too severe for some women. This is why most women will not stay on it, but if you can ride the wave the progesterone will eventually take over and all your symptoms will usually get better. However on the flip side some women can start using progesterone cream they get immediate relief : ).

      oh i hope i dont get worse first ella, i have fibroids in breasts and down below and constant high histamine along with about a hundred symptoms, fingers crossed x
