This has been my experience too, it works on anxiety first, and that gets you in a better mood long term. I am on week 7 on 100mg tomorrow, so I apparently have 5 weeks left of improvement for anxiety, which is great. It has already helped me at lot for anxiety. My energy and mood is still bad though, but slowly improving. Hope this article helps some of you out.

    I'm always bit sceptical of anything in Daily Mail but I had heard that before. Strangly since I've dropped dose slightly helped the depression but not anxiety yet. Made me laugh about help coming off meds, I got no help coming off zopiclone and was made to just stop them told it would be easy. I had read before that often 12 weeks before people notice real difference.
