intermittent buzzing/vibrating sensation in rectum region, possible hemorrhoid?

I have been experiencing this extremely annoying buzzing/vibrating/pulsing/spasming sensation in my rectum area for the past week and a half. I initially went to urgent care and they were stumped. Someone suggested i might have a hemeroid so i inspected myself again after the visit. It seems i may have one that is slightly internal and this is why the urgent care doc missed it. I have attached two photos. Does this appear to be a hemeroid? No blood present and it's not itchy, just a strange feeling down there and the annoying buzzy sensation about every other day or so for a few hours mostly towards the end of the day.imageimage

    Hi,

    I can't really comment on the photo's but I can relate to your symptoms. When I first started with hemms the first symptoms were buzzing (like a mobile phone on vibrate), a crawling sensation like worm wriggling and sometimes tickling. My symptoms get worse around 8pm. Burning is also another major symptom for me, especially after a BM.

      You also mention spasming, does this feel like a tightening/pulling/ stretching?
