I am having intermittent chest pain which spread to upper back as well sometimes. I sometimes have black phlegm and chest hurt if I talk for long time like more than 1 hour. I do not have cough. I do not have pain when breathing deeply. I used to smoke but quit about 20 months ago. I am 37 years old male. Does anyone share such bad experience? Please share.
