Intermittent Fasting & Gout

I’ve have been trying this, and logically it could lead to gout flares. After a few weeks and 8 kg weight loss, I’ve had no signs of a flare.

Has anyone any experience of fasting and it’s impact on their gout?

Assuming your physical activity is somewhat lower during fasting, I should think it harmless.  When I have a gout attack I cut eating way down.  I manage a fast day now and then (and should do more), and can't think it's ever caused a gout issue.

The gout stays away, but if you still have have high levels of blood curate it’s still a substantial risk to your health.
