Intermittent whooshing in ear

Please has anyone experienced this before - I have a whooshing sound in my right ear when I bend down, turn my head in certain positions, it last for a about 30 seconds. It also happens if I wake up in the night. I went to see my doctor and she carried out different tests all clear, she listened to my neck on both sides and said that was clear, I have been referred to a ENT but there is a long waiting list. I cant find anything on line only pulsitile tinnitus but people tend to have this all the time. Any advise would be appreciated.

    I'm old age and wear two hearing aids and I still suffer from noises in my ears, it gets easier as you become more aware that it's normal and your not hearing things.
