Internal Haemorrhoid Symptoms

I have 2 large grade 2 internal haemorrhoids, which have recently been treated by electic current method with Exroid.

My bleeding has subsided, but i was wondering if anyone else has suffered from a specific symptom which i have ?

When i defecate i always leak out brown watery fluid, its only a small amount and it seems to come from my rectum more than my bowels.

My stools seem normal but are always accompanied by water. Sometimes I dont pass a stool but just a small amount of liquid. Sometimes its clear almost milky, and sometimes it has parts of liquid stool in it.

Is this normal with internal piles?.. i dont have any pain & it doesnt relate to what i eat as it happens whatever i eat.
