Internal Haemorrhoids causing so much discomfort

After months of discomfort while sitting I’m wondering if internal Haemorrhoids can cause so much discomfort.

They don’t  seem to respond to treatment so I’m wondering if it could be somthing else.

i don't have any bleeding.

For three weeks I was misdiagnosed with my anal fissure

I was wondering whether you have one ?

However the pain with a fissure is a little different than with haemmorroids

Pain with fissure does not go for around 6 hours it’s terrible

But to heal mine and haemmoroids this is what I did

    Veggies mainly broccoli

Stool softeners in Uk Movicol/  laxido x2

Sitz baths at least am and pm with Epsom salts, cypress oil, sweet almond oil

Burt bees lip balm ( yes crazy but it works ) the one with peppermint I mix it with Emuaid max

    Lots of water

And no rice ,kidney beans these irritate my butt however everyone different

Proktis m is good cream too

I have hadn’t a lot of problems over the last few months, one being prolapses.  I originally thought it was hemrroids which didn’t respond to over the counter creams and suppositories and Gp then gave me prescription ones to try to no avail.

?Then I was diagnosed with the prolapses and had a pessary fitted.  I thought that would solve the rectum pressure. It didn't.

A few days ago I felt a lump at my anus, self examination and it was white and looked unusual. I applied cream and it did shrink somewhat but it’s still there.  That’s why I am back to first thoughts that it is hemrroids.

I had a few digital examinations a couple of months ago and was told I had old piles inside.  Nothing seems to add up and in the meantime I have to sit on one cheek.

Typically go away after a period of time unless your like me with IBS n always was on the toilet after every meal. Could be a small fissure that’s not healing cuz that muscle is alway spasming.. or an abscess. I had three big ones removed n still recovering.. painful procedure n horrible recovery
