Internal hemmorhoids ?
Posted , 7 users are following.
So - been to the GP today as had fresh blood from backside now for about 3 days with no pain.
She had a good feel around (much to my dismay!) she said no fissures but that I could 'possibly' have an internal hemmorhoid as she felt something 'squishy' but to be honest... She didn't sound very confident!
She's given me some hydrocortisone suppositories (lovely) and said she hopes the problem will disappear as quickly as it came about.
Other than the fresh blood I have no problems whatsoever and no other symptoms.
Sound familiar to anybody here?
Also, she mentioned a camera up the bum if it doesn't resolve or gets worse. Help me god!!!

Hi sorebutt.
Thank you for your feedback it really reassuring.
I had a constipation last week. I noticed that it start to feel hurt somehow after constipation before it finally bleed. Actually, due the hemorrhoid 2 years ago, I develop an huge and chronic anxiety toward it and went from dr to dr.
I know I have been paid less attention to my diet since a month ago. My usual fiber supplement was run out. I've been used the same brand for one year. I hope this episode can get better soon.

Hi. Thanks for your concern.
After posting this thread I still had a bleeding several times aftrer days or weeks absent. I noticed it after straining or if I had a big stool and it started to hurt and I the bumps prolapse again.
Honestly, this is quite stressful so I tried not to see everything on while doing BM. I am a very anxious person. However I feel lot better after avoid any straining activity. As you said the key is diet change. I ate banana 3 times a day also drink ton of water to avoid constipation. Now my concern is to avoid those sitiation.
I currently away from my own country for my study, and here it is quite difficult to have a more serious dr examination due language barrier, so I am planning to have a more serious check up if it become worse once I get back to my country this december.
