Internal hemorrhoids

i am a gay male and have been suffering from internal hemorrhoids for 2 years now . i have had the banding procedure done 6 times and going 7. i have been given the option of having them cut out , but was told its 6 weeks of agony. i also enjoy anal intercorse which is greatly effected by all this .

do i do the surgery ? do i keep banding ? do these ever go away on their own ?

can someone offer me some help, i am so frustrated .

    ive had it once and its not worked..

    they have offered to do it again but im not keen as was so painful.

    ive heard the op is horrendous so i don't want to do that either.

    do you suffer with bleeding after bm? thats my issue and its at least once a week.
