Internal hemorrhoids, doctor recommended various options, which option works best?

So I have been struggling with internal hemorrhoids and bleeding for about 10 years now, I have finally decided to do something about it, had a consultation with the clinic and they recommended various treatment options such as Non operative treatments like sclerosis, band ligation, infrared coagulation or cryosurgery as well as Surgical removal by means of excision or surgery of haemorrhoids (not sclerosis), in true medical fashion, they didn't say which option would be the best in terms of treating the hemorrhoids and eliminating the possibility of recurrence.

I am confused right now as I really want to get this done and regain my self confidence and happiness, however I really don't know which option would serve as a permanent solution with little or no chance of recurring. I figured it would be best to get the opinion of those who may have suffered from hemorrhoids in the past so that's why I am asking here. Hope to get some suggestions. Thanks

Hi, thanks for replying. Is age a factor with surgical procedures such as this?
