Internal shaking

Can anyone help - I am being driven mad by internal shaking. I feel like I am moving if I stand still. At rest I have what feels like bubbling in my legs and movement in neck and head and ringing in my ears. Parkinsons rules out. Have been put on antidepressants but I think rhat is making it worse. I feel pretty desperate. I am 55 and have gone through the menopause. Can anyone help please? Also CT scan came back normal.
