Internal tremors

I have been vibrating internally for 4 years. I have had fibro since 1990. I dont know if from that. Naturopath said it was going on & off medicines. I went off opiates & they gave me "Naturethroid" for hypothyroidism & it made me so nervous & the Dr felt I was over medicated. This was 4/17 & by 9/17 my left foot started vibrating & started traveling through entire body. I ache, burn, sit on pins & needles & in pain. All of it is too much. NEVER STOPS. When I finally fall asleep with a ton of stuff to help, I awake in same condition. Do it all over again. Neurologist checked MRI of brain was normal. I told him it wasn't livable. He replied "Your doing it". I asked for Lyrica & he gave it to me. Was on for a year. It helped my pain briefly. I weaned off in December & the tremors got so bad. I have an appointment with another neurologist that use to work at Mohamed Ali center in Phoenix on 5/12. Would be glad to pass on what he says. It's SO DIFFICULT TO DO THIS EVERY MOMENT OF MY LIFE.
