Internal tremors w/sudden onset, constant for 6 days now

On Saturday, I started trembling, the inside tremors, and its been constant since then, every minute of every day.
I thought it was maybe caused by having higher than normal anxiety that morning, however after taking my usual anxiety meds, breathing exercises, meditating, decreasing outside stimuli, etc etc etc, I still had them.
So, since they are constant, I obviously have them when i'm both anxious or calm.
However, when I anxious, it intensifies and it becomes visible in my hands.
Not only is it annoying, it actually causes me to become anxious when im not!
I had an appt with my primary, and all he wanted to do was prescribe a pill, not actually try to figure out what is causing them.
And the ironic part is that im already on most of the meds that treat this: lyrica, clonazepam, a beta blocker, and zoloft.
I walked out frustrated, still not knowing why i all of a sudden have constant tremors and ive never had them before.
I had surgery 10 days ago, very minor surgery on my foot.
Now yes, I have severe anxiety. Panic disorder, which its actually been over a year since ive had a panic attack.
I have social anxiety disorder, so crowds, groups, meetings, even just being in a waiting room I am anxious.
I am borderline agoraphobic, there are days i literally cant open my front door to leave, theres been times ive made it out the door, but upon reaching my destination, i cant get out of my car.
Now, having said all that, with my medications, years of counseling and group therapy, I have more than enough skills to deal
with my anxiety, even if that means cancelling an appointment and stay home, so, yes I have anxiety, but i know what i can and cannot do, so im basically saying that i know myself well enough to know this is NOT caused by anxiety. There were no triggers, environmental factors, etc to cause this.
Ive researched, and reached out to friends and family in the medical field, and they usually tell me i need to see my doctor and get some tests ran.
Anyone have any idea at all what is going on?
could it be the onset of MS or another immune disorder or neurological disease?

It seems anxiety is starting to take over your life, to resolve this issue, you need to confront your anxiety. You need to reassure yourself for good communications with others. Everybody is the same, there is no reason to get anxious.
