I’ve been having these body vibrations/ buzzing sensations almost 5 months now I don’t know what could be causing it and it’s freaking me out I just want it to stop I noticed after I stop taking Zoloft it started happening but Zoloft has been out of my system for months now so I don’t think it’s that but I’m getting so scared and plus I’m pregnant and I don’t wanna feel these awful things anymore  especially when I’m pregnant I can’t enjoy it 😭😭😭😭 I’ve been talkng 1 day  vitamins thinking it might be because of a  vitamin deficiency I just  recently stop taking B complex  because I ran out the B complex seemed to work a little but it didnt take them fully away. it only happens as trying to fall asleep and some times I’ll wake up with it. Now Im thinking it could be Ms because my grandmother sister has Ms so I say it does run in the family so I’m scared but it can be so many things and I know my doctor isnt gonna test me for all of those things I’m feel so hopeless that I’m never gonna be the same 😭 can someone please tell me if you had or have this ? And if you got rid of it thank you.... 😭??

Ask to be referred to a Neurologist.  It could be some form of neuropathy.  I had buzzing vibration feeling in my feet but I had extreme burning shooting pains with it and it was very painful to walk on them.

Just an idea to follow up.

Last night I remembered I have had that feeling when a vein/artery has had pressure on it.  Maybe your baby is lying in the wrong position.

I get internal vibrations/tremors depending on my estrogen level - if it's either too low or too high.

A few of my friends also have this sometimes - we all noticed it start with menopausal hormone fluctuations.

None of our general doctor's recognised what the problem was, but gynae specialists know it can be a symptom of fluctuating levels.

If it is hormonal, it's very annoying, but not serious health issue!
