Interstitial cystitis - Swollen Tummy

Ive been struggling for weeks with swollen tummy and the feeling of pressure on the bladder, finally decided to go to my GP. Id been putting it off as it didnt seem important with everything that is going on in the world now but im so uncomfortable....Had a urine test and no UTI, also now had an ultrasound which did not show anything wrong with ovaries or womb. So GP is now exploring other causes. The main concern I have is the swollen tummy and feeling like i constantly need the toilet. not painful just swollen like i need the loo! Has anyone with IC suffered with the swollen tummy symptom? Any help or advice would be really welcome
