Intertrigo, severe itching genital and rash on wrists/ankle (pics)...Please help me !

I would like some advice about a rash, because dermatologists are not available for months in France, my Doctor (who is also my gynecologist) is not there and I do not want to go to the emergency at the hospital because when I go, I am still having serious problems because I have a weak immune system.

A very long time ago I had pretty serious mycosis, vaginal and oral. I had a lot of treatments, including fungizone. My fungal infections are never totally gone.

5 months ago I've had fungizone again, after a visit to my nose and throat specialist, for fungal infections in my ears and throat (but I had it for years so I often had problems with fungal infections).

Then a month ago I had (because it looks like) intertrigo?

In the folds of the skin, under the chest, under the armpits, and in the folds of the thighs it itchy me a lot and it was red, oozing, and hot. I concluded to intertrigo (type yeast), as I often have fungal infections .... I also had itching and it stings me (but no vaginal discharge) and throughout all the genital area.

As for my vulva, it's been months that she became "old", wrinkled and my mucous membranes became very pale pink with white. On another post on this site they were referring to lichen sclerosus...I hope not.

Finally now it's itching everywhere.

The problem is, if it's a fungal infection is that I can not put any antifungal cream on my skin, because with all the creams I have allergic reactions, it itches even more and it burns my skin.

And the oral anti fungals have less and less effect on me..

Could it be anything other than a fungus in the genital area? Herpes, lichen, etc?

So on the folds (breast level) I put cider vinegar diluted in water, for 20 minutes, twice a day, I dry and I put coconut oil, I massage, and I put talc.

After 2 weeks, the lesions are no longer red, but they are now "brown" and are smaller. They still itch sometimes but much less. I do not know what else to do but it still here.

On the other hand throughout the genital area I have a lot of itching, everywhere, even at the anal level so my previous routine does nothing and it does not calm at all the itching. I tried everything, anti-itch cream by my pharmacist, bicarbonate, zinc but for the aloe vera, tea tree, and lavender I am allergic so no (like almost with all plants) 😕

Do you have product ideas? It's unbearable these itches, I can't anymore!

In addition, a few days after my intertrigo (?) and itching of the genital area, I had itching on the back of my hand, and it was pretty red. The day after, I had a rash of bumps and symmetrical on my wrists. They itch a lot (especially with hot water/hot environment, but they don't itch all the time), and they spread. Sometimes, some of the bumps burn too.

It does not scratch me more at night, I do not have tunnels, so it's not scabies.

It does not look like eczema or dermatitis did not change any soap or cleaning products, and I did not put anything on my wrists.

• Update of the 14/05/2019 of the wrist problem : I got tired of it (with all that I already have, now wrists problems)...so I put some salicylic acid on it to dry and I made bandages on my wrists for 1 week. It has dried up! It does not itch anymore. There is almost nothing!

But I'm curious to know what it was. If anyone has an idea .. Herpes, shingles, lichen, fungal?

**Strangely, (another thing...) on one spot of my ankle the skin has become more pink and thick... **

To come back with the other problems : I do not know if it has anything to do with it, but I did not have my period last month and this month I should have had between April 1st and 3rd but it's only yesterday that they have arrived.

I also specify that I have a folliculitis with staphylococcus aureus, and boils mainly on the face (since years), and on my body too, the antibiotics do not work, the creams even less. One year ago, my dermatologist prescribed me doxycycline several times a day (but with all the antibiotics that I already had my doctor was not ok) with fucidin and a disinfectant for affected areas. I have to change my clothes every day, wash at 60 °c and more since years.

I also have hormonal problems but this is an other story...

So I have a lot of problems right now .. If anyone has any ideas or can help me to understand all that (or find a solution for itching)... Thank you so much... !
