hello can anyone tell me the best intimate wash for the vagina i have lichen sclerosus? Also can anyone tell me the name of a pure organic coconut oil with no odour? i live in the uk. thanks

if youve seen a specialist they should of prescibed a wash. I use hydromol theres also cetroban. I wouldnt recommend any intimate washes

I can recommend zeroderm or epaderm for washing. My GP prescribes it. I think any organic coconut oil from health food shops is fine - don't know of any unscented ones though.

Hi Rachel , When first diagnosed i was prescribed Derma 500 . But i now live in Spain so i emailed the Gynae and was told to use Aqueous cream . This has been wonderful and no problems as have been using for a year now . It is also very inexpensive in a large tub . xx

I I just use queen v body wash and bar soap from Walmart.
I've I've had a very good results with i've had a very good results with it.

Hi there! I use Hibiclens Antimicrobial/Antiseptic Skin Cleanser which is what they use in hospitals here prior to surgeries etc and it has done very well for me. Also, I had been using coconut and / or olive oil but was recommended and started using pure liquid glycerin I order off Amazon. I put it on about ever other time I go to the restroom and it has worked wonders and helped greatly with the itching by keeping the area nice and moisturized!
