Intracranial Hypotension Symptom Relief

Has anyone found methods of relief other than caffeine and laying down to dull the headaches and constant ringing in the head ?

Occasional Cognative abnormalities that have led to some emotional issues that have never had before 

Been dealing with for over 2 years and getting difficult to handle.

57 year old male , never had an issue with depression - but this is getting old and doesn't seem to have any end in sight.

so looking for anything other than self medication w alcohol and MJ which probably isn't the best route to stay on

was told by neurosurgeon that OTC painkillers will help but also cause a "rebound" effect and have experienced and made the headaches more severe.

anything that has helped you to deal with would be greatly appreciated.
