Intractable epilepsy

hi has anyone on here been diagnosed with refractory/intractable epilepsy? TY

    never in 25 yrs of epilepsy have I heard of that. And I've done LOTS of research on types of epilepsy. Thats not one.

      INtractable/refractory epilepsy is used to describe a person with epilepsy who is not responding the aeds.

    refractory/intractable IN GENERAL is just "UNCONTROLLABLE"   Thats why it's called "epilepsy" instead of seizure disorder.
