Intramural Fibroid left kidney pressure

Hi! I have 8.2x7.5mm intramural fibroid. From past few weeks I have swollen abdomen, pubis and vulva. It is also causing me discomfort on the left kidney and in the middle of spine. I have also observed I don't feel full bladder feeeling since this problem started. Now from yesterday I have also started feeling mild pain sometimes in chest and shoulder or left hand. Am I getting heart problem because of fibroid or it is due to the kidney and spine pressure that is causing mild pain sometimes on the bone below left shoulder. MY blood pressure, sugar everything is normal. Due to Corona I am not being able to get appointments of the few gynecologists and I am extremely afraid and worried. One online doctor with whom I shared my scan report told me that "the presence of large intramural fibroid more than 8cm in size in anterior myometrium can cause possible bilateral compression of ureteric entry into bladder and can cause reverse hydrfonephrotic signs as in usg. It would be an option to undergo myomectomy."
Can anyone tell me delay in surgery will cause me kidney damage or kidney will survive for some time?

Hi
I have a 13cm fibroid which i thought was pretty massive but no one seems the slightest concerned or has suggested doing anything about it. I have recently had kidney and bladder scans and bladder cytoscopy (for other reasons) and everything is fine. The only issue the fibroid causes me is heavy periods and consequently tend towards anaemia.

Hi! I don't have other issues involving fibroid except pressure, pressure just started after my fibroid size increased from 6mm to 8mm 😦 and that too within few months

if you are worried, phone your gp and see about getting a telephone appointment.
Pain in your left shoulder and arm could also be referred pain, where the inflammation or injury is elsewhere in the body (like stomach). So could be related to your spine and abdomen rather than heart.
hope you feel better

Hi! thanks for the reply, yes its because of the pressure. Due to covid I am not being able to get any appointment and it seems wont be getting any in few months. In my country many Gynecologists are infected with corona and most of the private hospitals have closed their operations. I have started vegetarian diet with anti inflammatory herbs and supplements and I hope that would get me some time before the surgery.
