    Hi there,

I know you may be worried about this knowing that it is your daughter and it is scary to know that these thoughts are coming through your head. OCD is very tricky, and can make you have thoughts you’ve never had before. The thoughts you are having are NOT YOUR OWN. OCD likes to take things you care about the most and switch it around like you don’t care. There are many types of OCD, and a most common one is Harm OCD where the person has thoughts about harming themselves or others but obviously would never do such a thing. These thoughts may be very scary now but let them pass. You do love your daughter and this is the OCD thoughts taking over.

    Take care
