intrusive thoughts are very common with anxiety and stress. But you have to remember that those thoughts are not a part of you and they are not based on fact or reality. They are only based on emotion of fear.

you have to separate yourself from the thoughts in your mind and become AWARE that the thoughts in your mind are illusions which are based on fear.

it’s kind of like rising above your thoughts and viewing them and letting them go. Your thoughts are not your true self. Your true self is the part that is watching the thoughts and letting them go.

people often do what is called forecasting which is kind of like predicting the future and what the future will be like. Believe me, it’s a complete waste of time because nobody can truly do that. So when we focus on the future we are basically wasting our time and making ourselves miserable.

start listening to some great talks on our thoughts and how we can stay present in the moment and be stronger that way.

when you are trying to relax to sleep or when you’re tired it’s a perfect time to listen to these on you tube. one that is exceptionally good is called guided meditation for stillness and being present. listen to what he says all the way through. If you listen a couple times it really starts to sink in. I learned exactly what I was doing wrong by listening to this.

you Will be OK. Incorporate some exercise into your daily routine to help you relax later on. Take care
