Involuntary muscle twitching?

Hi everyone, I'll just give a brief description of what I've been feeling so that we won't be here all day :p basically I'm a 20 yr old female, been having bad anxiety for about 4 months now. I have a ton of symptoms that I deal with constantly, but the one that is really worrying me right now is muscle twitching. Its been happening more & more it seems like and it happens ALL over my body, from my face to my toes, and it seems like it's happening almost 24/7, a different muscle is twitching. it is not painful and it's not like a huge jerking of my limbs or anything like that. It's just small twitching, but it's worrying me so much because it's literally happening all over my body and seems like its becoming more and more frequent. I have a doctors appointment coming up in a few days to get checked out but I'm worried my Dr. wont really take it seriously. also, I have been to about 15ish doctor appointments/ ER/urgent care visits in the past 3 months and had tons of tests done and I did get diagnosed with Celiac disease, but nothing more serious. i'm very worried that it could be something like MS or cancer since I never had an MRI or any kind of neurological scan. Have any of you every heard of twitching being a symptom of anxiety, or experienced anything similar? sorry that ended up being really long anyways, I appreciate anyone taking the time to read/ respond!

YES! Muscle twitching is a very common symptom of anxiety! Mine started in my 20s along with several other symptoms of anxiety. Try to relax because it's just your body reacting to stress and anxiety . I went to my neurologist back then and he told me that my mind is over anxious and when that happens you get all kinds of symptoms including muscle twitching. That is not a common symptom of MS. So please don't be afraid to see the doctor. If you're going to visit your family doctor he or she may not even be aware of this symptom of anxiety. My general doctor did not know that's why I saw the neurologist and was very relieved after he told me to relax about it. Many athletes get muscle twitching all over their bodies with how they use their muscles. The main thing is, if you can relax your mind the twitching should settle down like it did for me. And I want you to know that it did start in my 20s and I am now in my 50s and still alive! I am in very good Health. Very rarely get symptoms of anxiety anymore because I learn how to manage it much better. Only when I'm feeling a little anxious do I get maybe a tiny twitch but I ignore it and it goes away. I hope this makes you feel a lot better!
One way I relax my mind is listening to meditations for anxiety on YouTube. They completely relax my MINDBODY and any little symptom I may be having. I do this every night when I Lay to sleep . There are so many great ones to choose from!
you're going to be just fine! Just work on doing things to relax you like taking a walk or listening to relaxing music. Try not to overthink things in life and don't take it too seriously. Be good to yourself and get some exercise and healthy food. Nothing is worth losing your health over! ??????🌸🌸🌸😁

If you suffer anxiety you will be suffering various sensitivities caused by the condition. You see your GP in several days so discuss your problem then. I can try and put your mind at rest although you are not unusual in these sensations you are suffering from, you will not be happy until you see your GP.
Anxiety makes people sensitized to their body and its sensations you need to understand that and learn to control your Fears
Let us know how you get on

yes, thats exactly how my anxiety is. I'm so hyper-aware to every sensation in my body that I drive myself crazy thinking/ worrying about it. its so strange and new to me, I never had such strong anxiety until about 4 months ago. thank you for your advice, I do feel better after reading everyones response.
