Involuntary Sudden leg jumps as falling to sleep and during sleep

I have started over the last five months to have jerk movements in my legs I notice this as I am getting deeper into a sleep state but before sleep - does not happen when awake. It is not restless legs I had that, so stopped symvastatin for two week, but did not really change though that restless legs has gone and not I am having like hiccup but in my legs involuntary movements sudden, and they don't stop. I am 52 in a weeks time I am on Lustral 100mg, tramadol but have been on these a while. I also have spinal stenosis lower spine. Have been having a few headaches.
