Hi all
I have a worrying symptom. I have been having an involuntary swallow, i don't initiate the swallow, it happens by itself. When it happens it makes me jump.
Its been going on for a year, spoke to gp today who says its anxiety.
Has anyone else ever had this and did it go away?
