Hey, i’m 25 years old and a student I had a fever last year which last for a month and it was too high my all reports of Malaria, typhoid , dengue and even tuberculosis tests were clear doctor only found the deficiency of iron in my blood my RBC count was lower then normal I took iron supplements for a month I felt better for a while but later on I felt the same having very low blood pressure, warm body and had fever this year in the same period of jan-Feb still i’m Having the same problem and facing too much weakness with low blood pressure and headaches .

I feel so dizzy and tied more my lower back muscles got pulled 7 months back and still I feel a lot of pain and I think the reason of not recovering from the pain is my physical weakness

I don’t exactly know how to overcome my iron deficiency so I could feel fresh and healthy .

    Hi Human,

Which Country do you live in?.

If you're ferritin level is low enough I would recommend speaking to you're Doctor or Hospital consultant about the possibility of getting an iron infusion. Did you're Doctor not suggest at least taking high dose oral iron on prescription when you were tested & found to be low on iron?.

Hi, I also struggle with iron deficiency, the best thing to do is consuming lots of meat, vegetables and nuts high in iron. I also take iron liquid every other day, ask your doctor whether you need to take supplements or he/she might advise you to keep on top of your iron through your diet

    wish you all the best!
