I’m getting hot/cold episodes , fatigue, dizziness episodes 2 months after having iron infusion in hospital. Everyone here talks about initial side effects, what about two months out?

I’m almost a month out of my infusion also and still experiencing a lot of issues. I had Ferrinject infused on 26 March and ended up in hospital the following Sunday, for a week. I had horrendous nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting. I still can’t eat properly and have bouts of abdominal pain and nausea every few days. It has been completely debilating.
How are you now?
