Iron infusion

I have gotten 2 iron injections one week apart.  I feel so much better but have extreme pain in my gums and headaches.. anyone else?

    Hi there, I had  a severe headache the night of my iron infusion but nothing afterwards. Instead I had horrendous stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea and vomiting and ended up in hospital a week after my infusion. If that’s all the side effects you had, you’re lucky.
