Irrational fear of seizures.

Hi guys, just going to start by saying ive had extreme health anxiety for around 2 years now. It started with anxiety about my heart but this eventually went away but now im stuck with the thought that im spontaneously going to take a seizure out of nowhere. For the past 2 months I have been experiencing extreme dizziness, derealisation, a lot of deja vu, pins and needles, and a weird shivery feeling in my head. Does anyone else get these symptoms with anxiety? Obviously google has not helped as I've researched my symptoms and most of them indicate seizure disorders. I just need some comfort or reassurance that I'm not alone.

Hello!
going through exact same! I even struggle to go out because I think that I'll have seizure and something horrible will happened. I get those symptoms quite often and also some muscle twiching, shaky hands and even neck tremors.. all of those symptoms are linked to seizure disorders if you search it up but it is also linked to anxiety. Also, hen we read about symptoms and worry, our body starts mimicking them. please observe, once you read about a symptom, all of a sudden you develop it. for example, my deja vu would not be common before I read about the fact that deja vu is linked to epilepsy... and I noticed that pattern.
you and me, both have anxiety about something that we don't have. trust me. if we had seizure disorder we would probably know that by now... I just know that a year from now we both will remember this period of our life and think "what a waste of time and nerves".
I wish you health and happines and please pay attention to the fact that symptoms occur AFTER you read that they exist, that is why googling is suuuuuch a bad idea. quit googling, that's your medicine.
good luck to both you and me !!!
