for several years I have had on and off irregular heartbeats but here lately it’s starting to become an every day thing if feels like my heart flutters and when it happens I feel like a adrenaline rush or something like that happens not sure not sure what is going on I don’t have any chest pain with it or any other kind of problem just some strange heartbeats can someone please help me figure out what it is

have had ekg and chest exrays and said couldnt find anything

The first thing I would suggest, if you haven't done it already, is go see a cardiologist. If it's still intermittent ask about monitoring with a Holter monitor to see if the problem shows up. The holter monitor does continuous monitoring for x number of days and then the results are then reviewed by a cardiologist. If you have been to your doctor multiple times and had an ecg done it's likely that whatever is going on just isn't happenig during the short time of the ecg.
