Irregular opening of vaginal canal after 3rd degree tear during birth

Posted , 3 users are following.

15 months ago, I had my first and only child. It ended up being a difficult delivery with forceps and a 3rd degree tear, as well as a LONG healing process.

My opening now appears to be almost in an X-shape (oval before pregnancy) and my partner does not get nearly the same amount of enjoyment as he did pre-baby.

I cant get into a gyno right now due to covid. Is this normal, something caused by the doctor during delivery, or something that will need to be repaired?

thanks
