      Hi Crosado.

I haven't had any email notifications either over the easter weekend. Checked my settings too. Saw this after looking at the menopause page to see if any queries had been posted.  There are some new posts waiting for responses. Poor ladies will think they are being ignored!  If it isn't corrected in the morning I will email the moderator.

I've had the panicky chest feeling and hard to get a proper breath. Lie down and breathe slowly and deeply xx

      Hello crosado,

im sorry you are going through such an awful time with all those disturbing sensations. Me too!! I can so relate to everything you have mentioned. Internal tremors are horrid, burning in chest and arms. A feeling of dissconection, anxiety is high with all of it.

I have had all this for about a year after a gallbladder op. I do believe operations can bring on anxiety, depression, hormone disruption. In my case ive had CFS for many years, with so many symptoms that come and go. I now wonder how many of those symptoms were peri menopausal?

i asked Dr to go on Prozac, anxiety is less now after Five months, would you consider asking Dr for an anti depressant. I know there is a stigma attatched to these meds, they can be very helpful though and are used off label for many things. Chemical imbalance in the brain can and does cause many issues, the same with hormones.

i wish i could hug you and say it will all get better, i need that hug too! We all try so hard, not many people understand unless we are on the same trip. I try to keep my mind off these feelings, i read, knit, colour in. A walk is good if the weather allows it.

Less coffee, sugar, a good diet, could all these little changes help our bodies?

i do try to remind myself i dont have cancer, i can see. I can walk, i have food and a safe home, its so very hard to keep positive and have a smile on my face!

Remember you are not alone with all the lovely ladies here to chat to. My emails have been going to my junk box, so i have missed heaps!

      take care sweetie,

      🌸🌺

I have a fibroid and experience mid cycle and random spotting between periods.

Irregular periods are to be expected during perimenopause. But if it carries on I would mention it to your doctor.

    Best wishes
