I tend to believe the majority of mental health issues are related to our physical well being. You are right to second guess. How has your sleep been? If its not right it will cause many anxiety and depression issues. Some people never know they have an issue until tested. I have seen people in really bad mental state due to sleep issues.

ok... one more thing... Silent reflux causes anxiety and chest pain. It can feel like a heart attack or panic attack. Any trouble with this?

I feel for you. Maybe just try to get through each day. If that seems too hard, just do 1 hour at a time. Seek out some peaceful people. Maybe walk on the beach or swim in the sea? Go through the motions & wait for some peace.
