Irritated feeling on penis does this look normal?

I've been sexually active twice in 2022 after getting out of longterm relationship and I received oral and had intercourse with a condom and a couple weeks I have noticed a little irritation around the head of my penis , out of fear I went and got tested for stds and everything came back good I have noticed the tip kinda looks its cracking kinda??? does anyone have any idea what it could be? I've been applying cortisone cream and antifungal cream to see it that helps but doesn't seem to be working imageimageimage

    cortizone cream on the penis for an extensed period of use will create its own issues
