Irritated head

I had 20 seconds of oral sex with a sex worker before 1 month she gave me a b*****b every thing was fine untill i masturbated after 5 days and due to friction my penis got scratched so i used a hair conditioner to smooth it , my penies skin peeled off and it saw something sticky come out from scratches, by next day my penies gave me burning sensation, i panicked and went to a Gp for check and told him every thing , he said its due to friction and told me to give urine for Urine Routine which came back normal, after 1 week the burning was still there so i went to a urologist and he gave me antibiotics and blood test of syphilis which came back negative and Urine culture which also showed no bacterial growth , but the burning was still there so and one day i felt water like thing coming from my urethra so my Doctor injected me with Ceftriaxone 1gm and gave me creams to apply on penies and did RPR for syphilis which came negative, discomfort of penies has gone but i am still scared to death , my penies head has improved a bit but still i am very much worried of what could it be , i am attaching picture please suggest , all the dcotrs that i visited said that its normal and its little irrritated due to firction or chemical but when i search the internet i get panicked i am really confused! i very often get mild burning around the corona !

Note: that i have done Syphilis test 3 times and last one was 4 weeks after encounter and it came back negative , all my Urine samples that i gave were negative

What you need to be most aware of is that although you may have symptoms that sound similar is that there can often be a very different cause, and, there could well be something else going on that only someone examining you would notice.

The best approach is to go to a Sexual Health Service and get everything checked ......

Jimmy, here are the important issues from the details you give: -

    .

“ my penis got scratched so i used a hair conditioner to smooth it “ - you should try to avoid any forms of body wash or conditioner on your penis. Other than the skin on your eyelids the skin on the head of the penis is very sensitive to all forms of body wash, such as soap, shower gel, hair shampoo - the only safe thing to use on the head and upper shaft of the penis is water.

    .

“ my penies skin peeled off and it saw something sticky come out from scratches, by next day my penies gave me burning sensation “ - this certainly is not normal - and neither is it explained by friction.

What some men falsely believe is that it is relatively safe to have oral sex, unfortunately many different STD / STI’s can be contacted during oral.

My concern for you would be that all the potential STD STI’s have been tested for by either the GP or the Urologist.

My suggestion is that you go to specialist Sexual Health Service and explain the details of the oral you had and the reaction your skin had after you masturbated and the other symptoms you have experienced.

It's just a scratch, nothing serious. Antibiotics were not necessary. Abstain from any sexual contacts and masturbation until it healed.

Your rpr is conclusive, no need to get tested again, because if the ulcer was caused by syphilis, your test would be positive. It doesn't look like herpes either

    It's just friction burn..
