Irritation

Posted , 1 user is following.

Been to see a urologist. Says I have a mild case of BPH (21.48mm) and urine tests indicate no infection.

Can anyone tell me if its normal to have an irritation in my urethra associated with BPH? Its not there all the time but at times of the day. I don't believe its dysuria as the irritation is after and not during urination. I was told that walking and laying down is good for BPH, but both these activities make me feel the irritation and the feeling of needing to urinate. I am on floxmax and Solifenacin but they seem to have negligible effect. At night I have to sleep in a fetal position so as not to aggravate my urethra. Thanks!
