Irritation / rash / itchy for a month now

one weekend I got really bad irritation from sweating and wearing spandex on my vagina - I figured it was just irritated. its been a month and I have itching pain thats comes extreme at night and is very itchy around the opening of my vagina. It feels raw and has not healed. I am obviously afraid it could be herpes but I am unsure. could anyone look at these and tell me what they think? I go to the doctor on sunday! image

    try boric acid tablets. last year i had a bad yeast/bv infection for months and since i got the boric acid its been great
