Is 14 weeks still early?

Been on 20mg 2 days over 14 weeks and I still feel unsettled. Had a few days where I almost felt normal but for the past couple of weeks I've feel uneasy, nervous and a bit foggy headed. At about 10 weeks I started feeling much better. I had gone back to work which took my mind of off the anxiety so I know it's helping me too. At first I couldn't leave the house and now I'm doing all the things I used too but I can't shake off this nervous butterfly type feeling and that in turn is causing my worry and spinny head

To me it sounds like it’s working quite a bit, but you may need an increase to get rid of that little bit of anxiety that’s still lingering. 20mg is a fairly low dose.

I’d make another appointment with your doctor. 14 weeks is still kind of early but not that early.

i wouldn't rush. I would give it more time as its obviously working at a level. Going up in dosage risks side effects occuring, but if you feel 20mg isn't enough. I rushed to up my dose and have now had to taper back to 20mg as 30 and 40mg were too much for my system. All the best

I agree you probably need to be a bit more patient, which is always difficult when we we are so wanting to get back to feeling OK again.

If still like this after 3 or 4 more weeks then yes see your doctor.

Thanks for the replies. I know I have come a long may in the past 14 weeks especially over the last month. It just feels like this dose has done as much as it can now. I just want this nervy, anxious feeling to go as I feel like that's the only thing holding me back now
