Is 19 good for iron level

Hello. I have been feeling tired for months now and I have been to the doctors. The first test showed I was 9 so they put me on tablets for 3 months, retested it, went to 17. Took me off for a month then retested and it went down to 14. Had a test a little while ago as I still feel tired and it was 19. They say it is a the low end of normal.

I'm still feeling tired but I dunno why. The doctors hasn't suggested I go back on the tablets or any thing. Any help would be greatful.

    Hi,

Tiredness and lack of energy can be caused by different factors. Did your doctor test you to exclue other causes? I think it would be helpful to know if you have also other symtpoms that appeared along with the tirnesness, and also to know  your age and gender. I think there could be another condition or factor that is causing iron deficiency. If you can tell us more, would be helpful.

Hello, I'm a girl and I'm 25. The doctor tested my thyroid as well and liver and all that. I feel like I can curl up and sleep all day. That's all my symptoms. No headaches, no pains any where just tired.
