Iv been prescribed 200mg of progesterone daily for 10 days per month. I use the Estrogel everyday . when reading about this 100mg or day is recommended.

200mg when taken cycically for only 12-14 days each cycle is the normal dose. 100mg is for women who take it daily (when they are no longer cycling).
