Is anyone else really irritable to loud sounds?

I became unwell in October 2020, I’m currently on month 10 and although I’m feeling a lot better there are still some lingering symptoms.⁣

I’ve never liked loud/repetitive noises but since having the virus I feel so uncomfortable and irritable to any repetitive, high pitched or loud noise! - is it linked?⁣

I also have this annoying dizziness - not the usual dizziness I’ve experienced in the past, it’s more of a sick, wishy washy sickness I feel in my head. Can this also be a left over symptom from glandular fever? ⁣

I’m booked in for a blood test next week, because I cannot take anymore of this dizzy feeling. My bloods usually come back normal (I’ve had around 6 this year so far) so the only thing I can think of is it being a lingering symptom.⁣

Has anyone else experienced this?

I think it very well is. I have noticed when the TV or Radio is too loud i get very irritable and on edge. Ebv causes such an array of symptoms i'm learning just to say it is just this damn virus and not worry as much. The headaches off and on is what bothers me the most along with my lymph nodes. Take care. It just takes time for our bodies to win this fight. Rest well cj
