Is anyone using ketones ?

Hi.. hope I'm allowed to put this on, feel free to delete if not,  just wondering if anyone's using them with orlistat,  I've been advised that I can't take them due to my high blood pressure,  I've made an informed decision that I am going to start on them as I'm pretty sure the sooner I shift this weight the sooner my BP will go down, so anyone else?

Hi Does Ketones really help. I have been taking Orlistat for about 4 months but the weight comes off so slowly and I am naughty

Well I've heard nothing but good reviews,  there's a truck load of caffeine on them, to suppress appetite and give energy, apparently the raspberry is known for its ability to burn fab

       But

You have to be careful that you buy ones with genuine ingredients and not just some that claim to have the Ingredients. ..

Lloyds the chemist have them on offer at the moment for £13.99 for 90 tabs,   so not that expensive if you work out what u would normally spend on junk food

Oh and obviously your not advised to take any after 3 pm so it doesn't interfere with your sleep

Not tried them but would have thought orlistat would shift the weight with anything else. Let us know how you get on.

You can take natural remedies to reduce your blood pressure, cinnamon is good for reducing it

I'm feeling really exhausted collet,  that's why I'm going to try them, I'm not  really taking in any fat so orlistat is only really acting as a deterrent. . The caffeine is 4 x what's in pro plus.. If I had the energy I'd be whizzing around,  I've done and hour and 15 mins in total on the treadmill today and some weights but I feel wiped rolleyes nighties are usually my favourite time of day, kids to bed then get on with my crochet,  I don't even have the energy to do that,

I'll be here regularly anyway so ill let you know how I get on. Absolutely love the fact that this site is here with all the support xxx

Yeah I love this site and the support it's really encouraging. Have you been topping up with vitamins as they say these tablets depletes your system? I'm been taking vitamins at night and always try and get a fruit and veg smoothie  in the day to top up my levels. Maybe try that? I found I dropped my water  intake and I got tired also. I'm a bit anti caffeine Supllments as it's a quick fix and doesn't address the problem. My health has been  bad I've had to learn to read th sgns if my body and  feed it the food it needs. I get really bad  fatigue, just coming out of the worse side as I literally couldn't function.

Lol don't worry about the wrong spelling of my name, I've got use to that over the years, even when I type my own name it comes out wrong in my phone. Xx

Hi Shelagh, have you done research on Raspberry Ketones, boots have taken them of and are no longer selling them due to research?

Hi Guys, I started taking Raspberry Ketone about 3 month ago and it never helped at all. I started on Orlistat 6 weeks ago and lost 12 lb so far, I suffer terribly with tiredness/fatigue so I started taking Magnesium and Green Leaf Tea Extract from Holland and Barrett. Magnesium is apparently supposed to help with weight loss, although it isn't advertised as a weight loss tablet.

    Hope this helps. Xx

Thanks for that... that's helped loads.. I'll not bother, I've heard lots of good stuff about them but went to order them last night from amazon and the feedback is crap!

I hadn't done any at all Maureen so thank you,

The last thing I want is to be ill xxxx

Spend you money on a decent vitamin tablet, you can get them off Amazon. You might see a difference then. 😄 xx
