Are there any scientific studies which show that being around mentally and physically sick people will cause ordinarily healthy people to also be sick?
My brother has several friends that have a large number of illnesses as well as mental health issues. He is beginning to show some of this.
I need to show him evidence to support my theory.

They need to carry contagious diseases to infect others. Simple as that. What signs is he showing.
