i am just worried about my glans colour. my glans are reddish in colour from the day one i first retracted it. do you think it is normal for a penis to be in this colour. i just wash my penis with lukewarm water in shower , after ejaculation and peeing.never applied any soap ,lube etc and no intercourse ever.

I think the problem is if you masturbate more than 3 times in the day the colour is like that

You need to keep the head of your penis fully covered when you take a shower, wash everywhere else on your body first then fully rinse - then expose the head of your penis and clean it - always ensure ALL moisture is removed after cleaning.
Do you use anything as as Lube for masturbation? How frequently do you masturbate?

just started using saliva for masturbation one time a day.

I am not convinced of the useful role of saliva for masturbation: if you consider that the mouth is probably one of the largest concentrations of bacteria that the human body has, and that the impact on genital skin CAN be worsened by the types of foods you regularly eat - I would say that it is best to avoid saliva as a lube.
So, if I remember your other post you only recently starting to expose your full glans to clean it ..... ?

thanks for response,i will avoid saliva as a lube. can i use coconut oil as a lube? also i have started to clean my glans with warm water from past 3-4 weeks after shower and peeing and pat it off 100% dry. just concerned about redness couldn't figure out any irritant ,could it be due to blood flow .....? and should i abstain from masturbation?

So yes, coconut oil is a good lube to use - 99% pure is probably the best you can get sold at body shop.
However, I would abstain from masturbation for as long as you can, certainly until the redness has greatly subsided
Can I just understand: when did you first expose the area where the redness id - how long ago ..... ?

i retracted it first last 2 years ago. then due to my oversensitive glans i avoided to expose it ,just 1-2 times a month in shower but now from last 3-4 weeks i am exposing it each day after shower, pee , ejaculation and also i have seen my penis sensitivity to decrease to a great extent. typically i am considered about redness in the middle of glans which flares up very much when my penis get erect, but redness is still noticeable when flaccid

So, the redness could be connected to the lack of exposure of your glans in previous years.
In general terms, redness would be a sign that the skin is reacting to something that the skin is in contact with - therefore you need to ensure the skin of your glans is only in contact with warm water for cleaning, then you need to carefully dry as any moisture left on the glans can become an irritant once the glans is covered by your foreskin.
