Hi, can anyone with this condition that has it mild tell me what it is like, mine is not so much painful, but achey, dr says costo, but everyone on here says very bad pain, I am confused, don't even feel like I can go back to the drs as I have been so many times and get the same answers with no real help, no testing nothing, I am so tired all the time, x mine is uncomfortable just off to the left of center of breast, when pressing it is uncomfortable but my lower ribs at the edges feel strange too, 8 9 10th ribs, feel like I will never get to the bottom of why I feel so crap x

Hey there. Mine is the same. Not very painful rather unconfortable and CAN be painful when I over exert myself. I have had an EKG and ultrasound. I have Meloxicam as an anti-inflammatory. It helps a lot when I'm in mild pain. If I do too much in Pilates or yoga then it only helps marginally. We should be thankful our aren't as bad as I've on here! Your symptoms sound similar to mine. Try ice packs and ask about Meloxicam. Good luck!
